jewelry care

all pieces can be washed with mild soap and water. they must be air dried.

we also believe there's something magical and organic about the journey a piece of jewelry makes through time, and we encourage you to enjoy it and revel in the beauty of this process.

exchanges

we hope you love everything you've purchased, but in case something doesn't quite suit, please send it back within 10 days for an exchange for another piece. we'll work with you to find just the right things. refunds are not available.

please make sure your contact information and receipt are included in the package, and that the jewelry is packaged as it was shipped. if you know the item you would like instead, please include that information as well. 

once your piece is received, we'll send you an email to let you know your package has arrived and we'll get started working on the exchange.

safely prepare your item for return shipping, in the packaging it arrived in or the equivalent. insure and track the package! if an item is not received, we won't be able to make the exchange.

domestic shipping

all domestic orders are shipped from our Ashville studio monday-friday within 6-8 business days after placing your order. you will be notified by email if we are out of the studio and unable to meet our usual 2-3 day turnaround. packages ship via USPS priority mail and do not require a signature for delivery. because a signature is not required, please make sure your delivery location is secure. a tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your order, and can be used to track the progress of your shipment. we cannot ship to p.o. boxes. we are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery.

international shipping

We currently ship to all of Europe, for $50.

All international packages are shipped via USPS priority mail. International delivery is expected to occur within 6-10 business days within most major markets. Timing depends, however, largely upon the pace with which they are processed through customs and that is not within our control.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. they are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold. if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country, payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Refused packages are still liable for any and all customs fees, original shipping charges, and any costs associated with the return shipment. We are not responsible for delays, and suggest customers contact their local customs bureau with inquiries or to see if your package is being held locally. Returns are not accepted for international orders.

warranty & repairs

We stand behind our work.  if you find yourself with any problems connected to workmanship, please get in touch. all our jewelry is handmade in argentina, and also must be repaired in argentina. your piece can require maintenance and we can help you take care of your treasures for a lifetime.  though we will be able to repair whatever happens to your piece, problems that arise from use, rather than craftsmanship, will be quoted in advance of the repair.  broken stones are not covered and we aren't able to guarantee the availability of exact replacements.
